What time do we need to arrive by on saturday and is it possible to stay friday night in the wardroom if travel arrangements have been finalised?

You should arrive in the wardroom on the Friday night -accommodation has been booked and there is a meeting in the bar at 1900.
You will travel to the airfield in a mini bus on the Sat Morning
